Warehouse Coordinator

Maintain and/or operate all aspects of the Oracle Warehouse Management System
within Client facilities including shipping, receiving, labeling, staging, part locations, filing of related paperwork, Inventory maintenance including cycle counts and full annual inventory counts. This position will be required to learn all modes of transactions and operations within the Oracle Warehouse Management System to achieve stated inventory goals and guidelines. This position at times will also be required to assist with monitoring and maintaining additional equipment associated within the inventory warehouse area.

 Completes Work Orders, enters data into Job Plans, creates new Work Orders,
etc. in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System - ORACLE).
 Scheduled daily, weekly monthly, yearly maintenance to the inventory system
and locations and relevant equipment needed to complete job duties and tasks.
 Documentation to be completed and filed for loading and unloading, staging and
locating freight to inventory locations including pulling parts per the Oracle
generated work orders.
 Must be able to pick up, load, unload and drive parts to the inventory warehouse,
compressor sites or other locations as needed.
 Comply with all EH&S guidelines.
 Reporting any unsafe condition or situation that would compromise the integrity
of any Client equipment or locations.
 Maintaining clean and safe working environment, housekeeping duties for
company facilities as required.
 General understanding of plant and compressor station operations.
 Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment at all times to ensure safety to
person and the equipment that said person will operate.
 Order equipment as needed.
 Any additional tasks that may be assigned.

 High School diploma or GED is required.
 Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred.
 Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.

 Strong organizational skills, ability to train and motivate others.
 Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once.
 Must hold a valid Driver License and have an excellent driving record.
 Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test and background check.
 Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
 Applicants must be professional, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
