Safety Management Systems/Liberty Energy Services is in search of a motivated Executive Sales Representative to join our Houston operations. The successful candidate will have exceptional hunting and closing skills, as well as, a desire to earn more than their current income.  

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  

  • Creates, maintains, and cultivates business relationships that are key to sales for selected market opportunities
  • Develops  strong rapport with key customer representatives by providing excellent customer service, pro-actively resolving customer issues, and anticipating service needs
  • Introduces existing and new customers to caompany's products and services
  • Partners with new and current customer on existing business and future opportunities for additional services to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Continually maintains strong cognizance of industry trends, competitive environment, and opportunities for growth and communicate to leadership and operations
  • Communicates with leadership, operations, sales, and support departments to ensure customer’s needs are achieved effectively and timely
  • Works with Regional offices and customers to Identify and resolve customer service problems, as well as provide solutions by promoting SMS/LES products and services
  • Assists operations with planning and preparation of customer appreciation events
  • Represents SMS/LES at industry related conferences, trade shows, and industry groups to promote and generate sales


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development and consultative sales roles preferably in the downstream  petrochemical industry
  • Established contact list in the refinery and downstream petrochemical industries or proven ability to generate prospects within these industries
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Must have computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Application is a plus
  • Ability to travel required
